1978: High Steel Service Center LLC started a 100,000 square foot facility on Manheim Pike in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Our primary focus was Carbon Steel sheet and coil products.

1994: High Steel Service Center expanded with a 50,000 square foot addition. This was prompted by a customer survey that recommended we add general line products including plate, bar, shape and structural tubing. This positioned us to be a full line service center and a one stop source for carbon steel.

2002: High Steel Service Center completed a 58,000 square foot addition. We added a high speed state-of-the art slitter and precision blanking line based on our customers recommending we add the capacity to support their future growth. This occurred at a time when there was virtually no expansion in our industry in the market we serve. Visit our plant expansion page.
