• Slitter induced stress is minimized — which improves product quality.
• "Camber Trac" system assures that camber is not cut into the coil — which ensures parallel edges.
• "Quad Tensioner" multiple strip tensioning unit is designed to provide winding tension — eliminating marking.
• Virtually eliminates "spinning" of slitter knives on material — which improves surface quality.
• Arbor deflection is eliminated resulting in a high quality cut.

This new system became fully operational in June, 2003.
